Ingredients
  

  • 9 cups Chex/Crispex cereal (or rice cereal squares)
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips you can do a mixture of dark and semi-sweet
  • 1 cup confectioners sugar

Equipment

  • Double boiler
  • Large bowl
  • 1 gallon bag

Method
 

  1. Melt peanut butter to creamy consistency in double boiler
  2. Stir in chocolate chips and stir until smooth and melted (but not burned)
  3. Add in Crispex or other Chex rice cereal and stir until completely coated
  4. Place into a one gallon bag and add powdered sugar
  5. Shake
