- 1/2 (half) Banana
- 1 tbsp PB Fit (link below)
- 2 tbsp Hemp Protein Powder (link below)
- 1 scoop Collagen Powder (link below)
- 1 tbsp Cacao Powder (link below)
- 1 tbsp Honey (I use Turmeric Honey) (link below)
- 3 drops Iodine (link below)
- 6-8 oz Almond milk
- 1 handful Spinach organic
- 3-5 Ice Cubes large
Add all ingredients, except for the ice, and blend until smooth
Once fully combined, add the ice cubes and blend
