Chicken Alfredo Gnocchi Recipe: Simple + A Guaranteed Hit for the Whole Family

You know those recipes that people talk about weeks later? The ones where they say “oh my gosh, we had this at so-and-so’s house and it was SO good! You need to ask them to make it for you when you see them next”? Our Chicken Alfredo Gnocchi recipe is the dish that people ask for when they come to our house.

This blog is filled with healthy recipes, but this one ain’t it. The majority of the week, I focus on clean and healthy recipes that promote gut health and give me the essential supplements and nutrients. But every once in a while I like to cook meals that just hug you, and I’ve personally found that some recipes you just can’t substitute some of the ingredients and have it taste just as good as the original.

I mean, just look at this bacon! (Side note: for this recipe, you will want to make sure the bacon is crispy and has a snap to it)

The best sides with this dish, in my opinion, are green vegetables, like green beans or asparagus with a little balsamic drizzled over the top.
