Ingredients
  

  • 17 oz bag gnocchi
  • 15 oz jar alfredo sauce
  • 8 strips bacon *applewood
  • 1 bag broccoli florets *steamers work best
  • 10 oz grilled chicken strips *Tyson Grilled and Ready works great
  • munster cheese *to top

Equipment

  • Frying pan
  • Casserole dish

Method
 

  1. Cook bacon until very crispy (should be able to easily snap). Set aside
  2. Fully cook grilled chicken and slice into cubes
  3. Boil gnocchi to al dente according to the package
  4. Steam broccoli florets and chop into smaller pieces
  5. In an uncovered casserole dish, add the alfredo sauce, cooked grilled chicken, gnocchi, and broccoli. Stir until combined
  6. Crumble bacon into small bits and add to mixture
  7. Grate munster cheese over the top until thinly covered
  8. Bake at 350 degrees for 22-25 minutes, then broil for final 3-5 minutes
